1. Our Commitment
Blanket wants blankethomes.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target standard and test against it as the site is built and updated. This statement describes where we are today. It is a snapshot, not a guarantee of full conformance.
2. What Is in Place
Pages use semantic HTML with a single heading hierarchy, keyboard navigation with a visible focus state, and descriptive alternative text on images. Animations and hover effects respect your operating system’s reduced-motion setting: when “reduce motion” is on, scroll-triggered reveals, hover transforms, and page transitions are turned off. We run automated and manual accessibility checks, including Lighthouse accessibility audits, on the pages we ship.
3. Known Limitations
Some parts of the site are outside our direct control, including the HubSpot scheduling widget, the HubSpot chat widget, and embedded YouTube videos. We choose vendors that publish their own accessibility work, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party embed meets the standard we hold our own code to. If you hit a barrier in one of these, let us know and we will look at alternatives.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us through our contact page. We review every report and prioritize fixes, but we do not currently commit to a fixed response time.
5. About This Statement
This statement was published in September 2026 and reflects the site as of that date. We will review and update it as the site changes, without a fixed schedule.
