Product names, packages and features have changed since, and some work differently today. By default, every message the AI drafts waits for your team's approval before it sends.

Hey friend,

Sagi here, Co-founder and CTO of Blanket.

Welcome to edition #10 of Pillow Talk Innovations, the newsletter where I share Blanket product updates, new releases, and explain the tech that powers them.

This AI agent that works leads for you

The AI agent that works leads while you sleep: Super BDM’s outbound workflow

Artificial intelligence continues to advance at a faster and faster pace. We are now at the point where it’s possible to build an AI sales agent that can identify qualified owners -> contact them -> work leads over SMS and email -> book meetings -> and generate pre-call briefs for your BDM. If allowed, the agents can run an outbound workflow like this without any human input. All you have to do is show up to the meetings.

It’s no longer science fiction. With the right permissions, our AI Sales Agent Super BDM can do this today. This edition of Innovations explains how the outbound workflow comes together.

How Super BDM generates leads from outbound

Lead generation: how Super BDM generates leads from outbound

The outbound motion starts with Lead Finder, our outbound prospecting tool. Super BDM uses Lead Finder to search for and match owners to property deeds and look up their contact info. It also looks at rental analysis, valuations, and other property/owner info.

Then, Super BDM drafts the first message. If you want to keep a human in the loop, you can set it up so that your BDM reviews messages before they’re sent. Once Super BDM has earned your trust, it can qualify and contact prospects without human approval. Prospects only become leads when messages are sent, that way your pipelines don’t fill up with owners no one has contacted.

Once a lead lands in your CRM, Super BDM gives your team a few minutes to work the lead, but if no action is taken it automatically steps in to keep things moving.

How Super BDM converts more leads

Lead conversion: how Super BDM uses personalization to convert more leads

If you’re like many property managers, one of the best things you can do to increase your close rate is make sales more personalized. Thanks to AI, personalization is possible at scale. No more boiler plate templates that don’t segment according to the owner’s persona, their goals, or portfolio size. Now, each pitch can be completely personalized.

Super BDM does this in a few different ways:

  • Rental Analysis. Super BDM uses advanced personalization throughout the funnel. It uses Property Analyzer to automatically generate a personalized rental analysis to include in the first message to a prospect.
  • Persona-based Plays. Super BDM matches leads to their owner persona so it can run plays specific to accidental landlords, unintentional investors, and intentional investors.
  • Signal-based Plays. It can also run plays according to different signals like “price sensitive,” “wants to sell,” “hot intent,” and others.

It’s really incredible how far this technology has come and I’m really looking forward to watching it develop further. We’re really living in unprecedented times.

You can get your hands on Super BDM by signing up with Blanket.
