This week, I’m lifting the mood.

In last week’s edition, I said that “most owners take their property manager for granted,” and that “even if you provide outstanding service on all the things they expect from a property manager, it’s because they expect it that they don’t appreciate it.”

This week I want to lift the mood 😅

Yes, many owners take property managers for granted. But there are some who couldn’t appreciate you more. For some, you take a massive load off their shoulders and give them peace of mind.

Christian Sargent is one of those owners. Read what he said in a recent LinkedIn post:

The DIY landlord who came to you after getting in some compliance trouble.. The single parent who needs the extra income.. The young family trying to build generational wealth…

You probably have more clients who feel like Christian than you realize, they just don’t know how to say it.

I’m also an owner who stresses about my rentals. But thankfully both my property managers, who I’ve worked with for 13 years, are always on top of it! Shout out to Aaron and Donna if you’re reading this!
