Product names, packages and features have changed since, and some work differently today. By default, every message the AI drafts waits for your team's approval before it sends. Today, unlimited pipelines come with Super Broker and the Bundle, and the number of users depends on your plan.
Hey friend,
Sagi here, Co-founder and CTO of Blanket.
Welcome to edition #8 of Pillow Talk Innovations, the newsletter where I share Blanket product updates, new releases, and explain the tech that powers them.
We built a CRM!

After several weeks of teasing our upcoming release, we’re very excited to introduce Super CRM, the first AI-native CRM for property managers. What’s an AI-native CRM? Lior will explain that in Thursday’s edition of Pillow Talk.
Besides being AI-native, there’s another big difference between Super CRM and other CRMs: It’s owner-centric.
Most property management CRMs are tenant-centric. They have leasing, make-ready, and other workflows covered. But Super CRM is owner-centric. Build retention workflows, outbound sales automations, track brokerage opportunities, portfolio health, and way more with Super CRM.
We built a depth of features that goes way beyond what we can cover in one email. But here are the features that matter most:
One-click Migration

When we started building Super CRM, we set out on a research quest to find what could be better about the CRMs property managers use today. We learned that, by far, the leading pain point is the setup experience. It can take months and months to get everything migrated and set up, and sometimes you need to hire a consultant to get it done. Which can cost thousands of dollars.
But Super CRM can be up and running in 1-2 days. Our process imports your pipelines, contacts, workflows, custom fields, deals, and more in one-click.
Speak your Workflows into Existence

Along the same lines, we learned that property managers think their CRM is too complicated. New workflows and pipelines are built with complex, conditional if/then logic. It’s often so complicated you have to hire a consultant for that as well.
But because Super CRM is AI-native, you can interact with it using plain language. Just speak your workflows into existence. Give Super CRM plain language instructions and watch it assemble whatever pipeline or workflow you want.
No Limits

Price is another pain point associated with the CRMs property managers use today. Most start out expensive and get more expensive as you add seats and build more workflows and pipelines.
We took the opposite approach with Super CRM. Everything is unlimited. Pipelines, contacts, users, custom fields. All of it. You can add your team and scale your ops without worrying about added costs.
Contact Enrichment

Contact enrichment is the automated process of adding missing details to a basic contact record by matching it with external data sources. It’s an out-of-the box feature that most of the industry isn’t aware of yet.
Super CRM uses contact enrichment to automatically fill in owner details like property values, taxes, rent estimate, purchase history, and every other door they own. You get the full picture before the first call.
Integrations

Super CRM plugs into your existing PM software and CRM, No migration required. Your data flows in and your team keeps its tools.
Everything a Great CRM Needs

Super CRM has all the things a great CRM needs plus the upgrades I’ve shared today.
I swear there was something else I needed to mention.. 🤔
Oh Yeah…

Almost forgot… Super CRM is FREE with any Blanket package.
Good night 😴
